Nothing works...Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error

Hi,

Every time I try to open the Dashboards 4.0 I almost instantly get the " microsoft visual c++ runtime library" error message and Xcelsius closes.

I read all the about this error but nothing seems to work.

- I ran the application as an administrator;

- I uninstalled all the microsoft visual c++ and re-install them (both 64 and 86 and both 2005,2008,2010)... as well as unistalled and re-installed xcelsius...everything as "run as an admin".

I using win7,excel 2010 and two months ago xcelsius work fine on this laptop.

Please help me, I will try every single suggestion.
