OITM - User Defined Fields Defaulting to 'General' Category

Hi, I am creating new UDF's within OITM and changing the default 'General' Category in (Settings - Fields - Setup...) to a new assigned category. I am existing the SAP B1 Client on the users terminal and re-opening just to make sure the UDF's are still visible and everything is ok. However the next working day, the newly created UDF's are defaulting back to 'General' again against the user in question?

 

Can anyone advise?
