Incident record missing in search list

Dear Experts,

 

I am working on EHSM5.0. and NWBC.

Few incidents appears in one login and in another login, system returns no results found as shown in attachment. What could be the possible reason.I checked with SAP_ALL authorization also but in vain.Eg: When I search for an incident no 3660 in login"EHSM" with SAP_ALL authorization , system could not find anything and returns " No results found". When I checked with " EHS1" login. I am to find the incident. I checked the roles in both login and authorization seemed to look similar. Also the vice versa happens wherein, the incident created with SAP_ALL authorization was not displayed to the my user login .  Which object does the system allow to display??? or how to correct the issue...


Eg: Incident 3505 is displayed in EHSM login with no SAP_ALL and not displayed in basis login with SAP_ALL 

      Incident 3759 displayed in user"ABDUL" login (no SAP_ALL auth) is not displayed in "EHSM" login (no SAP_ALL auth). pic- Tim3.png
