I want to display blank instead of zeroes for date field.

I checked the solution on scn but its given only if single date field is used in the report. In my report, there are many places were dates have been used like registration date, initiation date, end date and so on. Out of these, only for end date & effectiveness date it displays '00000000' in my Adobe form .

Please guide me through this.
