I have 2 question ..?

1. when will you go to develop Webi and Crystal reports.. But why any reason for go that ...?

2. In Webi I have a one column like Sridhar Reddy Mekala (Surname).?

I want two columns like..

                                  Sridhar Reddy      Mekala

So Finally i want see in my reports 2 columns  1- Sridhar Reddy  2- Mekala

Please any help me this ..................!
