SAP_XIAF Implications

In my PI landscape we are going to deploy the  1838921 note.

The below is the solution provided in note:

This SAP Note corrects the upper behaviour by merging the values of all HTTP headers with same name as comma separated string.
Download the latest patch of the XI ADAPTER FRAMEWORK SCA according to your Netweaver release and SP level and deploy it on the AS Java.

So if we add latest patch(upgrade), is there any implications in SAP_XIAF ?

what are the java objects under SAP_XIAF?

After upgrade I need to run some scenarios to check the Java objects running corrctly or nt?

please tell me what are the java objects?
