Deploy Extended app

Hi Experts,

I've extended a CRM app via WEB IDE, everythings working fine and I wantet to deploy this app to the gateway to test it. I had an extended app before, it was deployed, then the required settings were done (new semantic object, new launchpad in LPD_CUST, new tile with proper target mapping).

Now if I deploy the extended app from WEB IDE it has a strange structre. And I cannot start the application. I always recieve the following error:

File sap/zcrm_myaccounts/index.html NOT found!

Is there a new way of deploying an extended app from WebIde? I check all the available helps but I did not find any useful info regarding this case. Please advise if you have any ideas.
