Language in READ_TEXT FM

Hi,

I have been using READ_TEXT function module to fetch the associated texts with quotes and sales orders. We usually pass the language as 'E' to fetch the texts. Is there a way to dynamically find out the language in which the texts are maintained before using the READ_TEXT FM. I would prefer not to use system language. Please help with pointers.
